            The boundary of this timeless Cosmos is the horizon that we cannot reach and the comprehension of it is the understanding of One Verse - Universe. The size and content of it are subject to infinite debate as the evolution of mankind is still primordial in comparison to others. According to the science of today, the space we can see is 30 billion light years* of unexplored territory. This vastness brings the fear of the unknown to many people.

The question of whether there is life in the Universe is still unanswered as we don't know what to expect from another species other than our own. The name we give to a nonterrestrial species is Extraterrestrial Biological Entity (EBE). Some people refer to these as Extraterrestrials (ETs) or aliens. But the names we give don't represent a particular species as it's a generalized statement. So we return to the original question - is there life in the Universe beyond earth?

Earth is a planet - part of a solar system whose center is a star we call the Sun. This in turn is located at the edge of a spiral galaxy we refer to as the Milky Way. Scientists estimate that there are 400 billion stars just in the our galaxy. If only one out of a million of those stars had planets, and if only one out of a million of those had life, and if only only one out of a million of those planets had intelligent life, then there would be literally millions of civilizations out there.

According to official science, there are no such things as UFOs and there are no Extraterrestrials. And if they were out there, they would look completely different from us. And they could never reach us anyway, because the distance between stars is, literally, astronomical. But, is this good science?

Some scientists have theorized that there are 40-50 million intelligent extraterrestrial life-forms in our galaxy alone. When thinking of those numbers, we feel thrilled to realize that we are not alone. The participants who are willing to adapt to changing conditions are those who will define the species going forward.

Extraterrestrial life-forms come in many varieties. Life on earth is unique to our own planet; the location of which is 149,597,870 km (approx. 92.9 million miles) from the nearest energy source. If we wish to answer the question about life in the Universe, we have to keep an open mind to the possibilities of evolution in environments different than our own. It's hard to do this when we haven't discovered another habitable planet. A planet that sustains life will have organisms adapted to a particular environment. That environment might be friendly to the human species due to the gases within the atmosphere, atmospheric pressure, gravity, temperature and weather. An unbalance of this might be referred to as hostile due to the type of protective equipment necessary to survive. At the same time we have to keep in mind that a life-forms may be categorized as simple or complex organisms. Simple organisms, although they might look harmless to that environment, could be a threat to human health as they could mix with the bacteria or viruses we carry, creating new mutations of present illnesses. On the other hand, complex organisms which may be visible to the human eye have an identity associated with the role they play in nature. In general terms, people refer to these as intelligent life-forms. But what do we mean by intelligence?

When looking at our ecological environment we realize that all organisms whether simple or complex have some form of intelligence. This in turn may be friendly or savage to humans. One thing that we need to remember is that all creatures great and small have their own unique beauty, and the ones that can harm us are in fact looking at humans as food or just protecting their own territory. Mankind is an intelligent life-form unlike any other. We're intelligent and savage at the same time. The beauty of it is that humans are often at our best when things are worst. This proves that mankind is a being with some form of spiritual awareness. So, what do we seek from a nonterrestrial life-form?

Intelligence is not a gift, but an ability that all creatures great and small have. In the case of a civilized species, this is an ability of choice through some form of reason. This choice is more in relation to right or wrong which is in reference to a moral code it creates. This in turn makes a species create a structured society. The differences between so-called superior species has nothing to do with evolution or technology as their physical evolvement and progress is inevitable. But their spiritual awareness is what makes one better than the other.

I think that now is the time to rephrase our question about the existence of life in the Universe, as the answer obvious. If we think that mankind is the only intelligent life-form in the Universe then we are ignorant of the nature surrounding us and our existence is meaningless. So, do we seek to make contact with a species that is evolved both mentally and spiritually which may help us overcome our own obstacles? Or do we seek to meet an intelligent life-form?

The answer is intertwined with a phenomenon referred to as UFOs.
